The access at the ECFG15 is limited to 700 participants, of which 120 foreign students and 80 students resident in Italy.
Once the registration will be closed, we will create a waiting list, if needed; please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to be included. In case of cancellations, we will contact you on a first to come basis.
Onsite registration will not be available.
Registration for the ECFG15 Conference is to be made electronically by completing the registration form provided on the ECFG15 website.
Registrations without full name, complete email, postal address and date of birth cannot be processed.
No registration will be confirmed until payment is received.
Access to the On-line-Registration Form will be available on July 01 st , 2019.

Student registration fee will be offered to students without any academic title and PHD student.
The age limit for student registration is set at 35 years (incl. the age of 35).
Students resident in Italy will have a reserved registration fee.
We will require a proof of your student status, residence address and age; this will be a scan of your student identification card or passport or identity document together with a letter from your university (presentation letter).
In case these documents are not received, the registration fee will automatically be adjusted to a regular fee.
All fees are to be paid in EUR (€).
Please note that currency exchange has to be paid by the participant.

Once the registration form is completed, a copy of the bank transfer should be sent by e-mail to email@example.com as soon as possible and no later than three days from the registration.
Bank transfer costs must be covered by the participants.

As soon as we verified the payment, all participants will automatically receive an official receipt. An invoice, based on the details provided while registering will be issued within 10 days from the date of payment verification.
Name changes will be treated like the cancellation of one registration and the new registration of another participant. New registration and payment are required.
Each participant will receive the registration overview and email notification confirming the received payment and eventually state the amount outstanding after the completion of the Online Registration Form.
Any replacement, changes or modification can be subject to a EUR 50 fee for administrative cost.
Accompanying persons are not admitted to the Congress. However, they can register and participate to the Conference Dinner and the Guided Tours.
We would like to inform you that there may be filming and photography during the meeting. A photo gallery with all photos taken during the congress may be available to registered participants on the ECFG15 website. In addition, photographs taken during the congress may be used for the society’s social media networks.
The participant is entitled to revoke his/her consent to the specific data processing at any time by writing to the congress secretariat: email@example.com.
A Gala Dinner and Guided Tours will be organized.
The participation to the Gala Dinner is open to Accompanying Persons.
Guided Tours will be organized only with a minimum of 25 participants. If the minimum number is not reached, the participants will be offered to participate to other Guided Tours or the payment will be refunded with no cancellation fee.
Sapienza Innovazione/ECFG15 may not accept liability for personal injury, loss/damage to property, personal or otherwise belongings of participants and/or accompanying persons, either during or as a result of any events.
Please note that in the event that the conference is cancelled by the organizers in case of “force majeure”¹ the registration fee and any other service ordered through the registration will not be refunded.
Sapienza Innovazione and the organizers will make every endeavor to assist you in minimizing the consequences of such cancellation. Nevertheless, you may wish to insure yourself directly against such a risk.
The registration fee does not include participant’s insurance against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage or loss. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.
¹ The term “Force Majeure” means any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the organizers including but not limited to War, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), terrorism, aircraft hijacking, military operation, riot, civil war, rebellion, civil commotion or unrest, natural disasters, Acts or Regulations of government, refusal to grant visas, explosions, labor strike, transport delays, transport difficulties and the insolvency of airline carriers. The organizers will use all reasonable efforts to conduct the conference despite the intervention or occurrence of any such cause.
